CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

No money will be refunded only you can replace the product within 15 working days.
Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Under this policy:there is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. For cds, dvds the matter should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.After playing the order customer can not be able to cancel the order. Once the customer feet any damage in the product in transit, products can be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
